"Pyro Dnipro Aqua" hot water space heating pyrolysis oven is a high quality hot water space heating pyrolysis oven that complies with the strict EU flue emission limits, which greatly saves the environment.
"Pyro Dnipro Aqua" has a unique technology of gasification of wood - pyrolysis combustion, high efficiency of more than 90% without electronics and fan for secondary air. The water heat exchanger is separated from the inner wall of the combustion chamber by a channel for the exit of flue gases, and thus the furnace heats up quickly, complete combustion of the fuel occurs and the maximum possible combustion temperature is reached due to the fact that the water heat exchanger does not directly take heat from the combustion chamber. The advantage of this technical solution is the minimal effect of the water heat exchanger on the quality of combustion, i.e. the heat exchanger does not cool the combustion chamber of the furnace.

Pyrolysis combustion:
After inflammation, wood (pyrolysis) gases are formed in the upper chamber. By closing the chimney damper of the upper chamber, the resulting pyrolysis gases enter the nozzle, where they are mixed with preheated secondary air and burned at high temperatures - up to 1000 degrees Celsius in the lower combustion chamber. A unique feature is that, unlike pyrolysis boilers, the combustion process occurs due to the natural draft of the chimney without a fan.
High efficiency:
The high efficiency of the furnace, more than 90%, is facilitated not only by the technology of perfect combustion in two chambers, but also by the design of the furnace, where flue gases are removed from the furnace through side openings along the perimeter of the inner wall of the water heat exchanger. In this way, maximum utilization of the heat exchanger surface is achieved. The furnace transfers the rest of the heat energy to the room in the form of radiant heat. The high efficiency of aqua-furnaces is confirmed by the difference between the combustion temperature in the lower chamber - about 1000 degrees Celsius and the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet - about 170 degrees Celsius at the nominal heat output of the furnace.
