Pyro Atlantic-2 is a pyrolysis oven with two combustion chambers. Flue gases pass between the inner and outer cylindrical walls of the furnace, resulting in a large heat transfer area. The stove can be used for heating residential and non-residential premises: houses, workshops, cafes, restaurants.
Combustion principle:
When burning, pyrolysis (wood) gas is formed in the upper chamber. Reaching a temperature of 250°C, the chimney damper in the upper chamber closes and the pyrolysis gas enters the lower nozzle, where it mixes with the preheated secondary air and burns at high temperatures of about 1000°C in the lower combustion chamber. The peculiarity of the pyrolysis oven is that the oven does not require a fan (as in pyrolysis boilers). All that is needed is sufficient chimney draft - about 12 Pa. Due to more complete and better combustion, the efficiency of the furnace is 85-87%.
The use of high-quality refractory materials is natural in the production of pyrolysis furnaces. Some parts of the oven are exposed to high temperatures of stainless steel fabrication. Structurally, this furnace implements the "Clean Glass" system - to prevent the deposition of soot and combustion products on the inner surface of the glass in both combustion chambers.
Advantages of Pyro Atlantic-2 pyrolysis ovens:
- Pyrolysis (two-chamber) combustion system;
- Heat-resistant stainless steel nozzle;
- Simple regulation with primary and secondary air;
- 40% less fuel consumption at the same heat output in comparison with conventional wood-burning stoves;
- Combustion takes place without the aid of a fan;
- 40% less ash in comparison with classic wood-burning stoves;
- Attractive appearance of the oven;
- Double fire;
All stoves are manufactured in accordance with the Technical Standard of Ukraine TU U 27.5-20866186-001:2015.
