ADVANTAGES OF WIDZEW BOILERS WITH AUTOMATIC FEED OF THE "KM PELLETS MODULAR" SERIES:

-"dry firebox" (absence of a water jacket in the combustion zone) of the boiler creates conditions for complete combustion, as a result of which the fuel burns at higher temperatures compared to the fireboxes of conventional boilers (with a water jacket) and thus significant fuel savings occur;

-the combustion process in the "dry firebox" is intensified due to additional radiation from the refractory bricks, which line the entire firebox, as a result of which the combustion temperature in the firebox increases, which is impossible to achieve in pellet boilers with a water jacket;

-the presence of a secondary air preheating system;

-the block design improves the maintainability and transportation of the boiler;

-simple, reliable design, ease of maintenance;

-the complete absence of condensate and ash corrosion in the firebox increases the overall service life of the boiler;

-when operating a boiler with a "dry firebox", due to complete combustion of the fuel, less ash is formed and fewer emissions into the environment.
